Quick answer

  • Budget: Mchose G3 V2 Pro, $40 in PC Gamer’s May 2026 guide, where it is the best budget wireless pick.
  • Ambidextrous with Bluetooth: Corsair M75 Wireless, $129.99 on Corsair’s US page on 28 October (Frost White edition).
  • Lightest: Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight at 36g, $69.99 on Corsair’s page on 28 October.
  • Top pick: Razer Viper V4 Pro, $159.99 on Razer’s page on 28 October, named best overall by PC Gamer.
  • Lowest cost per rated battery hour among the 1,000Hz mice (our arithmetic): Razer Viper V4 Pro, about $0.89.

Wireless mice now cover every price range, so the choice comes down to weight, shape and how long the battery lasts. These six come from two dated expert guides, PC Gamer (18 May 2026) and GamesRadar (10 February 2026). Where a maker’s own US page showed a price on 28 October we use it, and say so. What we add is arithmetic: what each rated battery hour costs, and how big the discounts really are. For fast shooters specifically, our CS2 and FPS mouse guide covers a different set of models.

Prices marked with a maker page are live on 28 October. The others are as published by each source on the date shown. Confirm today’s price at the store.

Price note on the M75 Wireless: we use Corsair’s own US page price, $129.99 on 28 October, for the Frost White edition (listed as an Apple edition). GamesRadar’s February guide lists $58.99, and we cannot tell whether it priced the same version, so check the exact model before you buy.

What a battery hour costs (our arithmetic)

Formula: price divided by the maker’s rated battery hours. It is a rough yardstick for how much running time you buy per dollar, not a measured result. Rated hours depend on settings, and the Mchose has no hours listed, so it is left out.

MousePrice usedRated hours (conditions)Dollars per rated hour
Razer Viper V4 Pro$159.99 (Razer, 28 Oct)180 (1,000Hz)$0.89
Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight$69.99 (Corsair, 28 Oct)70 (1,000Hz)$1.00
Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro$152.99 (Razer, 28 Oct)150$1.02
Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike$179.99 (Logitech G, 28 Oct)90 (1,000Hz)$2.00
Corsair M75 Wireless$129.99 (Corsair, 28 Oct)210 (Bluetooth, RGB off)$0.62

Read it with care. The M75 figure uses Bluetooth with lighting off, while most others use 1,000Hz polling, so the M75 is not directly comparable. Among the 1,000Hz mice, the Viper V4 Pro gives the most rated hours per dollar, and the Superstrike the fewest. Battery is one factor, and the Superstrike was picked for click feel, not endurance.

How real are the discounts? (our arithmetic)

MouseList priceSale priceGapSource and date
Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight$99.99$69.99$30.00 (30.0%)Corsair page, 28 Oct
Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro$179.99$152.99$27.00 (15.0%)Razer page, 28 Oct
Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight$99.99$49.49$50.50 (50.5%)GamesRadar, 10 Feb
Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro$189.99$149.99$40.00 (21.1%)GamesRadar, 10 Feb

The same two mice show different list and sale prices in February and October. A list price is the seller’s reference and a sale price is a snapshot, so never judge a deal by the percentage alone. Judge it by whether the current price is below the lowest one you have seen recorded.

Why each one made the list

Mchose G3 V2 Pro: best budget wireless

PC Gamer picks it as the best budget wireless mouse. It has a PixArt PAW3395 sensor and three ways to connect. PC Gamer’s drawback is that it fits large hands poorly, and it notes plenty of cheap alternatives exist.

Corsair M75 Wireless: shape and battery

GamesRadar names it the best ambidextrous mouse and praises its comfortable shape, swappable side buttons and battery life. It is heavier than the others at 89g, and GamesRadar finds the side buttons a little short.

Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight: lightest here

At 36g it is by far the lightest mouse on the list. Both guides list it as the best lightweight pick. PC Gamer notes it has one onboard profile, and GamesRadar finds DPI shifting awkward. Its price moves more than any other mouse here, from $49.49 on sale to $99.99 list.

Razer Viper V4 Pro: best overall

PC Gamer’s best overall pick, at 49g with a Focus Pro 50K sensor and up to 180 hours of battery. PC Gamer lists loud optical clicks and the price as drawbacks, and it has no RGB or extra buttons.

Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro: the ergonomic shape

GamesRadar’s best overall pick and the one here with a classic right-handed ergonomic shape, at 56g and up to 150 hours. GamesRadar mentions loud, hollow clicks and a DPI button on the underside.

Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike: the competitive pick

PC Gamer names it best for competitive play and credits it with very fast, quiet clicks. It costs $179.99 and is not the lightest at 59 to 61g.

Where the sources disagree

  • Best overall. PC Gamer picks the Viper V4 Pro and GamesRadar picks the DeathAdder V4 Pro. Both are Razer, but one is a symmetrical 49g shape and the other an ergonomic 56g shape. Which is better depends on your grip.
  • Sabre price. $49.49 sale, $69.99, $80 and $99.99 list all appear, at different dates. Check the store.
  • M75 Wireless price. $129.99 on Corsair’s US page for one M75 edition (28 October) against $58.99 in GamesRadar (February). We use Corsair’s page price. Confirm the exact version.
